Hazel is a native Ohioan from Cleveland. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Cleveland State University. Hazel is a retired teacher with over 30 years experience teaching in both typical and inclusion elementary classrooms in Northeast Ohio.
Hazel also has over 15 years of direct care experience working with developmental disabilities. She currently holds the Vice President chair on the Ohio Teacher's Chapter. She also is the Vice President of the Ohio Alliance for Retired Americans Executive Board. In her spare time, Hazel enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and volunteering at the Cleveland Playhouse Square Theatre.

Tania Means Director of Waiver Services
Tania comes to HH Direct with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of positions in the DD and Mental health field. Tania earned her Bachelors in 2009 and Master's degree of Social Work in 2012 from the University of Akron. Tania is a licensed social worker. She is a wife and mother of 4. In her spare time, Tania enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies traveling to warm sunny places and volunteering in the community.
